After getting started, you'll fill out a detailed intake survey that asks for all food allergies and intolerances and builds grocery lists based upon that and your food preferences.

It’s simple. YOU are the boss. Your coach is there to support and facilitate your goals. We seek to build health in a simple, consistent way, allowing you to set the pace and collect the data on how “successful” we are.
Our Nutrition Coaching Program offers portion measurement help, healthy food lists for grocery shopping and The Perfect Workout has a great library of healthy recipes. Our Nutrition Coaching is not a meal planning program. That is up to the you. We help build the daily actions and habits to get there. Some people love to grocery shop, prep and cook meals. Others need easy options for dining out. Everyone has specific needs.

The introductory coaching session is 60 minutes. Each coaching session after that is 30 minutes long, and yes they are conducted virtually.

Great question and it all depends upon what your goal is. Building habits takes time and consistency with daily action steps. Many clients start to feel better within the first two weeks because they are focusing on one daily action a day, not a whole new regime or new way of life.

If weight loss is one of your goals, when you combine Nutrition Coaching with our science-backed Strength Training method, you can expect to lose 1/2-2 lbs per week.
