Set goals based on your current health, food preferences, allergies, intolerances, and activity level in our coaching app (ProCoach). This will generate your custom quick start guide.
Develop Healthy Habits
You’ll focus on a daily 5-minute action and one habit at a time for 2 weeks. After that, another habit is layered in biweekly, leading to sustainable behavioral changes.
Work With a Coach
Receive daily action plans, weekly check-ins, and meet twice a month with a Certified Nutrition Coach to build on current habits, further develop your nutrition plan, and get accountability and encouragement.

After getting started, you'll fill out a detailed intake survey that asks for all food allergies and intolerances and builds grocery lists based upon that and your food preferences.
The introductory coaching session is 60 minutes. Each coaching session after that is 30 minutes long, and yes they are conducted virtually.
Great question and it all depends upon what your goal is. Building habits takes time and consistency with daily action steps. Many clients start to feel better within the first two weeks because they are focusing on one daily action a day, not a whole new regime or new way of life.
