Isak was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he attended Indiana University and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the renowned Jacobs School of Music. He started his fitness journey in high school after struggling with his weight and confidence.
Isak began strength training when his grandma, wanting to help him reach his goals, bought him a home workout video set and some weights. After months of dedication and hard work, he finally felt comfortable and confident in his own body. Since then he has continued to pursue strength training and believes it’s the best and safest way to boost energy and confidence.
Isak aspires to motivate and bring joy to anyone needing help through his training. He knows the steps and challenges in improving your health and fitness and wants to help you through this process. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Isak believes that the slow-motion strength training technique at The Perfect Workout can help anyone improve their strength, health, and wellness.
In his spare time, you can see Isak performing around LA on the saxophone or piano, or singing. He also enjoys watching and playing basketball and is an avid sports fan (especially IU basketball).
