Stephanie Turnage has been working out and lifting weights since she was a teenager. Her passion has always been in the health and fitness arena and after helping friends and family live a better healthier lifestyle, she decided to throw her law books away and explore opportunities in the health and fitness industry.
“I always had muscle but never understood all the benefits strength training had to offer.” Previously, Stephanie was working out at the gym 4 to 5 times a week and thought that she had to maintain that schedule to maintain her muscle. But after finding The Perfect Workout she realized she only had to work out twice a week for 20 minutes and since doing slow motion training consistently, she’s built more muscle and strength in a shorter amount of time.
Stephanie's warm and genuine friendly personality translates into a team atmosphere with each of her clients. Her willingness to actively listen, teach and explain results in a positive experience in every session. She continues to develop great relationships that encourage and motivate her clients whether they are just starting out or have been with us for years. She truly cares about her every individual’s overall health and well-being and loves being a part of The Perfect Workout team.
