About Our Intro Session
Your 1st of 3 sessions with one of our Personal Trainers is the foundation for all of your workouts going forward.
In this 1-hour session, you’ll work 1-on-1 with a Certified Personal Trainer to learn our method and begin taking steps towards reshaping your body and improving your health. Each workout after your Intro Session will be approximately 20 minutes. During your introductory session you will:
- Learn how to get significant results in just 20 minutes, twice a week
- Get guidance from a Certified Personal Trainer on how to reach your fitness goals
- Work with a plan based on your current fitness level, health, and any injuries or limitations
- Experience what it feels like to perform slow-motion strength training
