Our personal trainers frequently work with beginners, so you don’t need any fitness experience to get started with us. Our trainers are very friendly (we carefully select our trainers to have warm, welcoming personalities), and they aren’t intimidating. We work with a wide spectrum of people, including people facing all sorts of different obstacles such as being overweight, weak, out-of-shape, fragile, limiting injuries, and more.
Some people are initially afraid to try working with a trainer for the first time. Quite a few of our clients came to us with at least a little bit of apprehension before they got started. You can be sure that your trainer won’t judge you negatively for being out-of-shape, or overweight, or if you don’t know anything about exercise. Instead, your trainer will be happy and excited to help you improve your body. That’s what they’re there for! You DON’T have to be in good shape to get started with us. Your trainer will help you get in great shape.
