About Our Intro Session
Your first session with one of our Personal Trainers is the foundation for all of your workouts going forward.
In this 1-hour session, you’ll work 1-on-1 with a Certified Personal Trainer to learn our method and begin taking steps towards reshaping your body and improving your health. During your introductory session you will:
- Learn how to get significant results in just 20 minutes, twice a week
- Get guidance from a Certified Personal Trainer on how to reach your fitness goals
- Work with a plan based on your current fitness level, health, and any injuries or limitations
- Experience what it feels like to perform slow-motion strength training
- Receive a Bonus Pack of educational materials and Action Plan to help you on your journey
