Yes. Many of our clients have limitations or prior injuries that require us to modify the workout. Our Personal Trainers are qualified to accommodate most limitations. We recommend seeking the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Yes, it is possible. We recommend working with a Personal Trainer to ensure you are achieving the full benefits of slow-motion strength training, both safely and effectively. It can be challenging to accomplish a productive workout both physically and mentally, and even more challenging to achieve that on your own. However, if you want to incorporate our methodology into your other workouts our Personal Trainers are able to provide you instruction.
Studio Training
Virtual Training
The introductory session for Virtual appointments is 60 minutes. You will receive 1-on-1 instruction on how to perform slow-motion strength training and will experience a real workout. Your Personal Trainer will determine how to tailor your workout based off experience level, current injuries and/or limitations. Together you will establish clear goals and a plan to achieve them! After that, all appointment lengths are 30 minutes. The workout itself takes approximately 20 minutes.

No machines or equipment? No problem! Exercise equipment is not required. Our science-backed method can be applied to any circumstance when your trainer customizes your personalized program. Working with your Trainer to properly use our slow-motion strength training method and ensure you keep up with performing 1-2 sessions per week is the key to effective exercise. The point of every workout you do (ever) is to get to muscle success. You don’t need machines to reach your goals. All you need is the right method with the support and accountability of a trainer.
Yes. Each of your workouts are customized to your health needs and fitness goals and our slow-motion strength training method is perfect for a variety of conditions or injuries. Our Certified Personal Trainers are qualified to accommodate most limitations and they’ll be with you every step of the way. Because each workout is customized to your circumstances, your trainer can select exercises that fit the length of your body. Most if not all of the exercises we do require little space.
